In the city of Colorado Springs, where this website hails, there is a movement on to ban the existence of marijuana dispensaries within the city limits. Now, one might think that this is a good thing, while others will question the intention of the city council and the people pushing this measure to the voters. But there is an underlining legal problem that this movement will face…and that is the Colorado Constitution.
