Phil Hare: I ‘Don’t Worry’ About Constitution [Video]

Phil Hare, a Democratic Congressman from Illinois is under fire today for saying he “doesn’t care” about the Constitutionality of the health care reform bill on camera during a public forum yesterday in Quincy, according to wqad.com. He was heckled and booed during the appearance, then gave Republicans the fuel they were looking for when he made the comment about the Constitution.
