Jake Towne Blasts Charlie Dent on Civil Liberties

Jake Towne has a great response essay to Charlie Dent’s unconstitutional proposal to strip Americans accused of terrorism of their due process rights. My favorite nugget in here is Jake’s point that the Constitution’s due process protections are most important when the rights of unpopular groups are threatened:

Yesterday Congressman Charles Dent, the incumbent in my congressional race, offered a comment to the Associated Press: “I suspect it’d be easier to launch a Hellfire missile at a non-citizen than a citizen.”
