Rand Paul Filibuster Update and Hellfire Missiles

Senator Rand Paul is in his 7th hour of a filibuster to get the Obama Administration to answer important questions around killing Americans with drone strikes on US soil.

The hash tag on twitter #standwithrand has exploded. Huffington Post front page describes the filibuster in one word ‘Revolt’ their lead article has over 17k comments.

Also there is a spontaneous website tracking Senator Paul’s filibuster time called IsRandPaulStillTalking.com;

Senator Paul asks, ‘do you not get a chance to explain yourself in a court of law before you get a HellFire missile dropped on your head?’

and he also asks if we are going to have ‘Terrorist Tuesdays for Americans?’
