POLICE STATE CONTINUES
1st Amendment
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
4th Amendment
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.’
Not all cops are bad. There are cops who are Oathkeepers and Patriots. There are also cops who love to abuse and belittle the free American People. I commend the individual who were arrested in these youtube videos for practicing their freedoms. I recommend being a little bit more polite which will sometimes defuse a situation…without compromising your Constitutional Rights.
