Nullification: More Dangerous Extremist Activity
We say “No” and they do it anyways.. again and again! What do you do? You’ve tried the voting thing, you know, the ones going in declare they understand what you want, how bad the ones in are then when they get in they do exactly the same.

Nullification has been flirted with a few times already by the states. Do some research about federal gun laws and their “real ID” thing for more about that. The states pretty much terminated real ID simply by refusing to cooperate. In the case of gun laws several states have boldly told the feds to basically “piss off” concerning control of guns inside their state. The feds of course do not like this and think the states have no right to trump their decrees.
