Henry appointed to Obama council of governors

President Barack Obama announced today that he plans to appoint Oklahoma Gov. Brad Henry to the council of governors created by the White House last month.

The council will help coordinate state and federal efforts pertaining to the National Guard, homeland defense and civil support activities.
