Confidence in U.S. Success in War on Terror Drops To Low for the Year
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey shows that just 37% of Likely Voters believe the United States and its allies are winning the War on Terror, the lowest finding since last December. But nearly as many (32%) say the terrorists are winning, the highest level of pessimism measured since August 2007. Twenty-two percent (22%) say neither side is winning.
