As an anarchist it can be difficult to discuss many things with minds that are not educated outside of the redundant claims of the state. Most people have been educated in context to the state as if it needs no justification for its actions and existence. The topics of the day become a discussion of what one wishes the state to do about a problem. Many in the United States become even more blinded by this right vs. left rhetoric, the distraction of the state.
The statist has a resistant reaction to the mention of the loss of the state. I see this strongly on the right. The more conservative mind has a certain religiosity they devote to the state. The left has a sanctimonious crusade to turn the murdering coercive power of the state into something it is not.
